Yes, you read that correctly, I am doing the Jillian Michaels 30 Day Shred. I am doing this to support my wife and some of her friends in their workouts and it’s a dvd workout program that we own. They joined together to to do this last year and then kicked off the new year with it again. So, they knew what they were getting in to, I did not. I started on Tuesday and have completed two days. After the first day, my arms hurt. This workout program focuses on cardio with weights. I took yesterday off from working out and hit it this morning. It is going well until I saw a tweet from one of the ladies says that we need to take our measurements. That is when I said that I am just going to stick to the workouts. I don’t need to know how wide my hips our and how many dress sized I went down.
